Dr. Jen Welter is a football pioneer, sport psychologist, bestselling author, and leadership speaker whose career has repeatedly redefined what is possible in sports. She made history as the first woman to coach in the National Football League with the Arizona Cardinals and previously became the first woman to play running back in men's professional football.
